Not medical advice

LunaFit, including Luna AI, provides general wellbeing information and estimates based on the data you enter. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and seek emergency care when needed.

Fertile-window and ovulation estimates are approximate. Do not use them as a method of contraception, and if you are trying to conceive or are pregnant, use LunaFit as a companion to the care of a healthcare professional, never as a replacement for it.

Exercises, meditations and nutrition ideas are general suggestions. Check with a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or eating routine, especially if you are pregnant or have a health condition, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

Do not misuse LunaFit: do not access other people's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app, use automated tools to access it or use it for anything unlawful.

Community rules

Be kind and respectful. Do not share other people's private information, harassment, hate, spam, sexual content, dangerous advice or content you do not have the right to share. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

You can report posts and comments from the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules or the law, and we will let you know if we remove your content.

You keep ownership of what you post and give LunaFit a license to display it within the community.

Luna AI

Luna AI responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your judgment and do not rely on them for medical decisions. Luna AI is available with LunaFit Premium and includes up to 30 messages per day and 400 per month.

Luna AI is optional and only works after you accept the data processing described in our Privacy Policy, including processing by OpenAI in the United States.

Some nutrition articles in the app are also written with artificial intelligence and reviewed by rules, not by a person. You can report any Luna AI response or AI-written article from the app; we review every report and correct or remove content that is offensive, harmful or inaccurate.

Premium features

LunaFit Premium is a monthly subscription billed through Google Play at the price shown before you subscribe. It removes ads, includes Luna AI and gives full access to every premium tool. It renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play › Subscriptions, and cancelling stops the next renewal while keeping access until the end of the paid period.

Without Premium, every tool except Luna AI is free to use with ads, and you can choose to watch a short video to hide ads for 24 hours. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies.

Intellectual property

LunaFit, its design, content and trademarks belong to Otjh LLC or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes while you follow these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep LunaFit available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features and will notify you of significant changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LunaFit is provided “as is”, and Otjh LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

Ending your use

You can stop using LunaFit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using LunaFit after they take effect, you accept the updated terms.
